Do you already have a WordPress site but ready for an upgrade? This could include swapping out graphics, updating textural content on existing pages, changing colors or fonts or adding a video. 

Membership Site Package: $497 (+ cost of software)

Do you want to sell your information or e-courses to a select audience? This ad on includes adding a membership or e-course option to your site and configuration of all options including collecting payments.

E-Commerce Package: $397

This package includes creating an online store using WooCommerce so you can sell your products online. You’ll get the all the features of an e-commerce platform including shop page, shopping cart, check out and much more!

Webinar Assistant Services: $197

  • Pre Webinar Support – Includes initial consultation to determine a date and get webinar tool up and running. Before the webinar we will have a practice and tech check to ensure everything is ready to rock and roll. 
  • Webinar Day Support– 30 minutes prior to start time we will get signed in to ensure all is well. During the webinar, I will moderate, filter questions and deal with technical issues. The session will be recorded to be send out to registrants.
  • Post Webinar Support – I will edit mistakes, convert recording into a mp4 and upload file to your server.

How It Works

  1. You’ll fill out the website questionnaire.
  2. I’ll contact you within 24-48 business hours to set up a convenient time for us to chat to get all of our questions answered, decide if we are a good fit for each other, determine a start date, and then I’ll get you on my schedule and in the work queue.
  3. I’ll send over the service agreement and invoice for the 50% deposit payment.
  4. I’ll get you set up  in my Project Management system and send you the link to a shared Dropbox folder so you can begin uploading content prior to our scheduled start date.
  5. The magic begins as I get to work building your site.
  6. I’ll schedule a touch point to share the first draft with you via Zoom and send over the invoice for 30% payment.
  7.  After our meeting, I’ll work on revisions and then we’ll meet again.
  8. Final Zoom meeting to finalize the site and we are ready to Go LIVE.
  9. I’ll send over an invoice for the balance payment of 20%.
  10. I’ll move the site over to your domain. Woot! Woot!

Monthly maintenance is crucial! Developing a website is not a “one and done” activity. To ensure your site is running and functioning properly requires regular maintenance. Many business owners pay to have a site developed then neglect the website completely. This is not a good business practice!

Below are a few reasons why you must have monthly maintenance on your site:

  1. Website maintenance is tedious and technical so let us take care of it for you.
  2. The internet can be a scary and dangerous place, so let us protect your site.

  3. Package 3: Beginner – This beginner package is designed for someone who only needs their social media managed 3 days a week each month. Up to 3 accounts.
